ISCHER strengthens its M&A and insurance teams with the addition of Dr. iur. Kevin M. Hubacher as a partner.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n

VISCHER AG, one of Switzerland’s leading business law firms, is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. iur. Kevin M. Hubacher, J.M. (LL.M.), as a partner, effective October\u00a01, 2025. With this strategic addition, VISCHER further expands its expertise in the areas of M&A and insurance law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin Hubacher has extensive experience in M&A\/private equity transactions, venture capital investments, restructurings and corporate governance matters. Another focus of his practice is insurance supervisory and insurance contract law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin Hubacher was admitted to the bar in 2016, holds a doctorate in law from the University of Lucerne, and a Juris Master from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Before joining VISCHER, Kevin Hubacher worked with two major Swiss business law firms. Kevin Hubacher is a member of various professional associations, regularly publishes on current developments in his areas of specialization and is a lecturer in law at the University of St. Gallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
